Payment Methods
Pohybei offers payment through PayPal and credit or debit cards processed by Stripe. Please choose from the payment options available at checkout.
1. Credit & Debit Cards
You can pay with an eligible credit or debit card through Stripe. Depending on the payment options available for your order, supported card networks may include:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- JCB
- Diners Club
Card acceptance depends on your location, the payment provider’s availability, and your card issuer’s authorization. Please check the supported card options shown at checkout.
2. PayPal
To pay with PayPal, select it at checkout and follow the instructions to authorize your payment.
You may be redirected to PayPal to sign in and choose an available funding source before returning to Pohybei. Funding options depend on your PayPal account and eligibility.
3. Currency
All product prices on pohybei.com are listed in US dollars (USD), and orders are charged by Pohybei in USD.
If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the payment. Their exchange rates and any currency conversion or international transaction fees may apply.
4. Payment Security
Payments are handled through PayPal or Stripe, according to the method you select. Your provider or card issuer may request an additional verification step before approving a transaction.
Enter sensitive payment information only through the checkout process. Please never send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or verification codes to us by email.
5. Billing Details & Declined Payments
Use accurate billing information and make sure it matches your payment account where required.
If your payment is declined, please check:
- Your card number, expiry date, and security code.
- Your billing address.
- Your available funds or credit.
- Whether your card permits online and international purchases.
- Whether your bank requires additional verification.
If the issue continues, contact your bank or payment provider, or select another available payment method.
Before retrying a payment, check your email and payment account to help avoid duplicate orders or charges.
6. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The timing of authorization and collection depends on the payment method and processing settings. A temporary pending authorization may appear before a transaction is completed.
If we cannot verify a payment, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the affected order. Any amount collected for an order we cancel will be refunded as required by applicable law.
7. Custom Orders
For custom commissions, the agreed quotation will explain the price, currency, payment schedule, and any separately charged design services before payment.
Submitting an inquiry does not authorize a charge or reserve materials.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy and any applicable custom-order terms, subject to your statutory rights.
Approved refunds are generally sent to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
