Welcome to Pohybei. This website, pohybei.com, is operated by POHYBEI, trading as Pohybei. Throughout these Terms, “Pohybei,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use. Products purchased from Pohybei are sold by us, not by Shopify.

2. Using Our Website
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract under the laws applicable to you. If you do not, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access information or systems without authorization.
If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Product Descriptions and Materials
Pohybei focuses on customizable beaded jewelry featuring natural gemstones and cultured pearls. The materials, dimensions, metal components, included accessories, and available configurations for a particular product are described on its product page or in your confirmed custom specification.
Natural gemstones and cultured pearls can vary in color, shape, surface characteristics, and pattern. Where representative photographs are used, your piece may show reasonable natural differences consistent with its description. Where a product is identified as a unique, individually photographed item, that identification forms part of the agreed specification.
Natural gemstone does not automatically mean untreated. Applicable treatment information and any special care requirements will be disclosed before purchase. Cultured pearls are distinct from wild natural pearls, and mother-of-pearl is a separate material.
Metal base materials and surface finishes are described separately. A gold-colored finish does not, by itself, mean that an item is solid gold. Charms and other accessories are included only when expressly stated, and compatibility is limited to the combinations we identify.
Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. This does not excuse an incorrect material description, a defect, or a material difference from the agreed specification.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any other charges collected by us will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Prices may change for future purchases. We will not increase the agreed price of an existing order without your consent.
If we discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to explain the issue. Where permitted by applicable law, we may offer you the option to proceed on corrected terms or cancel the affected items and receive a refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Promotions apply only according to their stated conditions, including any exclusions, expiry dates, or restrictions on combining offers.
5. Orders and Availability
Please review your selected configuration, quantity, delivery details, and total price before submitting an order.
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. An automated acknowledgment or payment authorization confirms receipt or processing of your request and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance. We accept your order when we send confirmation that we can supply it.
If we cannot accept or fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or another legitimate issue prevents fulfillment, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for items we will not supply.
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Unique pieces and limited materials may become unavailable before checkout is completed.
We will not substitute a different material, unique item, or materially different configuration without your agreement.
6. Customization and Bespoke Orders
Standard product configurations, such as available lengths or accessory choices, are priced according to the version selected at checkout.
Requests outside the listed options require a separate assessment. An inquiry, reference image, preliminary estimate, or discussion does not create a confirmed commission or reserve materials.
Before a custom order proceeds, the written quotation or confirmation will specify, as applicable:
- The design and confirmed materials.
- Dimensions, configuration, and included accessories.
- The identity of any unique materials or individually selected pieces.
- The price, payment terms, and any separately charged design work.
- Quotation validity and any material reservation period.
- Included design revisions.
- The production schedule and delivery arrangements.
- Applicable cancellation, return, and repair terms.
Please review these details carefully before approving them. Requests made after approval may require a revised quotation, additional payment, or a different production schedule. Changes take effect only after both parties agree.
Any deposit, design fee, or cancellation charge must be explained before payment. A payment is not automatically non-refundable merely because an order involves customization.
7. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Chongqing, China, unless a different dispatch location is expressly stated for your order.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Applicable processing periods, shipping options, and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy, at checkout, or in your confirmed quotation.
A requested delivery date is not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to it in writing.
If we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including agreement to a revised shipment date or cancellation and a refund for unshipped merchandise.
Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, or related fees payable separately by you will be explained before purchase where applicable. We will not request that goods be falsely described or undervalued.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. Any additional charges arising from an address correction or requested redelivery will be explained before being incurred.
If your parcel is missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.
8. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Repairs
Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy and any order-specific custom terms before purchasing.
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact hello@pohybei.com as soon as possible. Available options may depend on the order’s status, any work already completed, the terms disclosed before purchase, and applicable law.
Standard selectable options and genuinely personalized work may be subject to different return rules. However, customization does not remove rights relating to defective goods, incorrect materials, or products that do not match the confirmed specification.
Natural variation does not excuse damage, a defect, or an inaccurate description.
Repair, resizing, restringing, and replacement-part requests are assessed according to the item’s condition and available materials. Any charges will be explained before you authorize the work.
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions. This request does not restrict any statutory cancellation or other non-excludable right.
9. Care and Intended Use
Follow the care instructions supplied with your item or shown on the relevant product page.
Jewelry can be affected by impact, pulling, chemicals, moisture, and inappropriate cleaning. Natural gemstones, cultured pearls, and different metal finishes may require different care.
We do not make medical, therapeutic, investment, or guaranteed-value claims about our materials.
Small beads and components can present a choking hazard. Keep jewelry and loose components away from young children.
Care guidance does not limit our responsibility for defective products or inaccurate instructions.
10. Website Content and Customer Submissions
Website text, photographs, graphics, branding, and original design content belong to Pohybei or their respective rights holders. Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
If you send us photographs, references, measurements, or other material for a custom request, you confirm that you have permission to share them. You authorize us to use them as reasonably necessary to assess and fulfill that request.
Submitting a reference does not guarantee that we can reproduce it. We may decline requests that infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.
We will obtain your permission before using identifiable customer photographs, personal stories, or private custom-design communications in marketing.
11. Privacy and Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
We may contact you about your inquiry, quotation, order, delivery, or aftercare request. Contacting us or purchasing from us does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications.
Please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email or through a contact form.
12. Our Responsibilities and Your Rights
We are responsible for supplying products that conform to the agreed description and for meeting obligations imposed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections, statutory guarantees, or remedies available to you under applicable law.
If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will explain the situation and take reasonable steps to address it. Such an event does not automatically remove your cancellation or refund rights.

We will seek to resolve the issue fairly. Contacting us first does not prevent you from exercising applicable legal rights, using an available payment-provider dispute process, contacting a consumer authority, or bringing a claim before a competent court.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, website, or legal obligations. The updated version will show a revised date.
Changes will apply prospectively. The version presented when you placed an order, together with any agreed order-specific terms, will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
